‘He’s bored’ – Joe Hart loses mind over ‘unbelievable’ Erling Haaland footage in Man City win vs Crystal Palace
Erling Haaland netted yet another double for Manchester City as they notched a 3-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.
The prolific Norwegian headed home the opener in the 41st minute, before converting a late penalty to add some gloss on the scoreline for Pep Guardiola’s team.
Haaland recently broke another record for Manchester City as he became the quickest player to reach 100 Premier League goals, and his latest haul has already taken him to a remarkable 17 league goals for the campaign.
His team are hot on the heels of Arsenal at the top of the Premier League table, and as ever, the 25-year-old was central to their efforts during their win at Selhurst Park.

Joe Hart hails the inevitability of Erling Haaland
Haaland struck the winner for Manchester City from the penalty spot against Real Madrid in midweek, and his involvement this weekend proved decisive yet again.
The ex-Borussia Dortmund man is already just three strikes shy of the 20-goal mark in the Premier League this season, at a stage of the campaign where no other player in the division has managed more than 11.
City’s win against Palace was yet another instance where Haaland showcased his ruthlessness in front of goal, as he scored with his only two shots of the game.
Former City goalkeeper Joe Hart was full of praise for the striker’s latest display during Match of the Day, as he noted the quality in his header that broke the deadlock in South London.
“Haaland had barely touched the ball, it’s not a story anymore,” the 38-year-old said.
“He’s back-pedalling, he heads it back across goal, and it’s an unbelievable finish. It was so important for his team.”
Savinho came off the bench to win the late penalty for Haaland to convert, and Hart also added that his celebration made it seem as if he is “bored” of scoring goals.
“That is what you want coming off your bench. Savinho was definitely warmed up, it’s an 80-yard run and he has the presence of mind to go around Dean Henderson, and the rest we don’t even have to talk about.

“You see his (Haaland’s) celebration, he’s bored of scoring now.”
Haaland’s opening goal marks Man City first in 2025-26
Haaland’s displays for Manchester City have left pundits in disbelief for several years now, but he and his team keep finding new ways to impress.
On Sunday, the frontman’s clinical header for the opening goal came at the end of a 25-pass move, as City kept the ball away from their opponents in typical fashion for a Guardiola team.
That was the highest number of passes before one of their goals since Rodri’s strike against West Ham in May 2024, according to Opta Joe via their X account.
Ultimately, it was Matheus Nunes who provided the inch-perfect cross for Haaland to head home, but it was a move that encapsulated everything that Guardiola wants from his team.
His group are in relentless form at the moment, and while that continues, Mikel Arteta and Arsenal will be very concerned at the top of the table.
