Illia Zabarnyi reacts to Marcos Senesi’s message with duo set to leave Bournemouth
Illia Zabarnyi and Marcos Senesi could both be departing Bournemouth this summer, and the former has reacted to the latter on social media amid the rumours.
The Cherries set a new record Premier League points total of 56 last season, on their way to a ninth-place finish, but they are now paying the price for an impressive campaign.
At one point in late January, it looked as if Andoni Iraola’s side were in the race for a Champions League spot, but their form tailed off towards the end of the season.
Both Dean Huijsen and Milos Kerkez have already departed the south coast side, and more exits are expected before the transfer window shuts.

Senesi and Zabarnyi could both seal Bournemouth exits
Football Insider exclusively revealed that it is looking increasingly likely that Zabarnyi will leave Bournemouth to join PSG.
The Champions League winners have seen two bids for the defender rejected, with the Cherries standing firm on a valuation of £70million.
As for Senesi, his contract on the south coast expires in 12 months time, and according to Spanish journalist Matte Moretto, both Real Sociedad and Villarreal are interested in his services, as well as a number of Italian clubs.
Amid the rumours, the Argentine shared some photos of himself enjoying the off-season on Instagram.
Fellow centre-back Zabarnyi liked the post to show his support.
Bournemouth set for brand new backline
Football Insider Verdict
With Huijsen joining Real Madrid and Liverpool confirming the signing of Kerkez, Bournemouth have already lost two of their starting backline from last season.
To make matters worse, Kepa Arrizabalaga is set to sign for Arsenal rather than returning to the Cherries, meaning they have lost their number one shot stopper from the 2024/25 campaign as well.
If Zabarnyi departs as well, then it would mean that Andoni Iraola will be without four of his starting back five, including the goalkeeper.
While Bournemouth have an excellent recruitment team, losing so many first-team players would surely have a massive effect.
The Cherries must stand strong on their valuation of Zabarnyi and do everything they can to keep hold of him.
