25-yr-old axed in two changes to Rodgers 3-5-2: Celtic best possible XI v Rangers

Despite all the hype surrounding Graeme Murty’s Rangers, Celtic should go into Sunday’s Old Firm encounter at Ibrox with confidence.

The Hoops have an excellent recent record at the home of their greatest rivals, having won their last three visits there, most recently a 2-0 triumph in September and another win on Sunday should seal a seventh consecutive league title.

The Bhoys go into the match six points ahead of the Light Blues, and with the added bonus of all having a game in hand they should play with the freedom of a side who know they can all but clinch the Scottish Premiership league title with a win, and even a draw would keep them in pole position.

Brendan Rodgers should make two changes from the side which defeated Morton 3-0 in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals at Celtic Park last week.
