‘Insane’, ‘He is unreal’ – Liverpool fans amazed by Conor Bradley as his statistics against Norwich emerge

Liverpool fans were in awe of Conor Bradley’s “insane” performance against Norwich City on Sunday afternoon (28 January).

In the wake of Jurgen Klopp’s shock announcement that he will be leaving at the end of the season after nine years, his Reds put on a fine display in their fourth-round FA Cup outing as they thrashed the Canaries 5-2 at Anfield.

Curtis Jones, Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota, Virgil van Dijk and Ryan Gravenberch all bagged to secure their place in the fifth round, but 20-year-old Bradley’s sensational display caught the eyes of the Anfield faithful.

The right-back notched himself two assists across the 90 minutes in his fifth senior start of the season.

His first came following a fantastic run from deep before laying it off to Nunez to make it 2-1 and his second came in the closing moments of the game after he leathered the ball into the box for Gravenberch to nod home at close range.

The Northern Ireland international also had the most touches in the Liverpool side with 113, 92 per cent pass accuracy, made three key passes and made five successful tackles.

Bradley has become one to watch for Liverpool fans having impressed in all his performances this season, and many have tipped him to have a huge future at the club.

Following his latest standout display, supporters have taken to social media to sing his praises, and some have tipped him to be the long-term replacement for superstar Trent Alexander-Arnold.
