Insider: Dele Alli has one more chance ‘to save his Tottenham career’
Dele Alli is in “last chance saloon” after only being handed a cameo appearance as Tottenham beat Leeds 2-1 on Sunday.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Alli, 25, was handed a two-minute cameo at the end of Tottenham’s win over Leeds.

This was after he had spent two weeks working with Antonio Conte as other Spurs stars played international football.
Wenham insists he is “done” with Alli and claims he is facing his last chance to save his Tottenham career.
“I’m done with Dele Alli, to be completely honest,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“This decline has gone on for three or four seasons if I’m going to be brutally honest.
“Hopefully Conte can reinvent him and get something out of him.
“Despite Conte having a good look at him for two weeks, he chose to start Harry Winks and Lucas Moura ahead of him.
“Maybe he will have a good game against Mura on Thursday and we can see where we go from there.
“But he has been on this mass decline for so long now, he’s in last chance saloon if he wants to save his Tottenham career.”

Alli has made 13 total appearances this season and scored two goals.
He hasn’t started in the Premier League since he was hauled off after 45 minutes in his side’s dismal display against Arsenal on 26 September.
