Insider reveals exactly what Marcus Rashford must do to secure permanent Barcelona transfer
Barcelona will have a decision to make next summer over whether they permanently sign Man United forward Marcus Rashford.
Rashford joined Barcelona on a season loan during the transfer window after falling out of favour at Old Trafford under Ruben Amorim.
Ruben Amorim sees no future for Rashford at Man United, with the 27-year-old spending the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa.
The England international faces tough competition for places at Barcelona from the likes of Raphinha, Ferran Torres and Robert Lewandowski.

Marcus Rashford ‘needs to work harder’ at Barcelona
Despite competition for places, Rashford is starting to make an impact at the club with his two goals against Newcastle his standout moment so far.
However, speaking on Sky Sports, [25 September], Guillem Balague believes Rashford could be doing more to earn a permanent move to the Spanish club, although it is “early to say” what the final decision will be.
“I think its early to say and I’m going with what I am hearing by the club,” Balague said.
“Quite clearly he has something different and the idea is having learnt a lot of the positional game when he was at Aston Villa, he now goes to Barcelona and he’s applying that.
“The people in the camp say he needs to ravel against the situation and if he’s not playing he needs to work harder or at least make them feel that he really really wants it but he is not that kind of person.
“What he is, is when he’s got the opportunity he takes it with both hands as he did with the two goals at Newcastle.
“He came on for Raphinha which is a big thing which means there is trust in him and he’s got to keep going.
“January, February may be the time to decide lets go for him but I would say with his talent he’s in a really good position.”
Barcelona’s move to Rashford could hinge on Lewandowski, and whether the club offer a new contract to the 37-year-old whose deal expires next summer.
Rashford can have impact in crucial run of fixtures
As Rashford begins to hit form at Barcelona, there are some important fixtures for the club in the next month, which they would want the forward to make an impact in.
In the next month, Barcelona host reigning Champions League holders PSG and travel to Real Madrid in La Liga in their most eye-catching fixtures.

Barcelona also host Olympiacos in Europe, Real Sociedad in the league and travel to Sevilla.
With a tight tussle for the title looking likely with Real Madrid, Barcelona will hope Rashford can prove a difference maker.
Rashford proved at Newcastle his impact in the big games, and alongside working harder off the pitch, that could be what persuades Barcelona to make a permanent move.
