Jack Grealish sends message to Man City fans after development
Man City ace Jack Grealish has taken to social media to express his joy after their 3-0 Premier League win over Nottingham Forest on Wednesday (December 4).
The 29-year-old started alongside a returning Kevin de Bruyne as one of City’s two number-tens, playing 90 minutes before being replaced by Matheus Nunes in added time.
Bernardo Silva opened the scoring after just eight minutes before De Bruyne doubled their lead just after the half-hour mark.
Young winger Jeremy Doku rounded off the scoring in the 57th minute, easing the anxiety around the Etihad and ending the worst run in Pep Guardiola’s managerial career.
City’s victory over Forest brought an end to their seven-game winless streak—six of which were defeats across all competitions—reviving their hopes in the Premier League title race.
Guardiola’s side narrowed the gap to nine points behind Liverpool after their 3-3 draw with Newcastle, moving into fourth place.
Jack Grealish glad to see Man City get “back to winning ways” after Nottingham Forest victory
Grealish has once again struggled to nail down a consistent starting spot for City, starting just eight of his 14 games across all competitions.
The England international has struggled in front of goal, too, scoring zero goals and providing two assists so far this season.
Happy to see his side overcome a tough run of form, taking to Instagram to express his relief and send a message to fans.

The caption says: “Really enjoyed been back out there with my brothers! Back to winning ways and thank you to fans for always been there with us.”
City travel to South London on Saturday (December 7) to face Crystal Palace with the hectic festive period in full swing.
