Jack Grealish sends ‘unbelievable’ message after Everton win over Crystal Palace
Jack Grealish was delighted to score his first Everton goal in the 93rd minute of their 2-1 triumph over Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Grealish’s persistence paid off as his late strike sealed Everton’s victory over Crystal Palace, who were previously unbeaten in the Premier League.
David Moyes’ men sit eighth in the top flight, having earned three wins from their first seven games of the campaign.
Despite Everton’s win, Jordan Pickford faced criticism for conceding the opening goal via Daniel Munoz’s first-half strike.

Jack Grealish delighted as he scores winning goal vs Crystal Palace
Grealish was omitted from Thomas Tuchel’s latest England squad, even though he has excelled for Moyes’ side since joining them on loan from Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
The 30-year-old has notched one goal and four assists in seven Premier League appearances for Everton, helping his new club enjoy a positive start to the season.
Grealish celebrated Everton’s victory over Palace on 5 October as he wrote: “Nah what a one touch finish that was man! Unbelievable day that was for you the Toffees! What a group of lads, well done my brothers.”
Everton fire dig at England after Grealish heroics
Grealish has strengthened Moyes’ attack, but Everton are interested in Celtic star Daizen Maeda, who can operate in the same left-wing position as the former Aston Villa ace, as well as playing up front.
The Japan international wanted to leave Brendan Rodgers’ side in the summer transfer window, but he has instead remained at Celtic Park, notching two goals and two assists in seven Scottish Premiership appearances this term.
Meanwhile, Grealish’s positive performance and late goal against Palace provided further evidence that Tuchel may regret leaving the winger out of his England squad.
Everton have made their thoughts clear by updating their X bio to: “Grealish for England.”
