Jack Grealish sends update to Man City fans pre-showdown
Jack Grealish gave Manchester City fans an update on his preparations as the team gears up for their FA Cup clash against Plymouth Argyle.
The forward made a brief return to action with a one-minute cameo in Man City’s 1-0 victory over Tottenham, secured by Erling Haaland’s goal.
However, he has now gone 10 consecutive Premier League games without a start, making another short substitute appearances. Despite this, Grealish marked a City milestone against Spurs, even though he had been an unused substitute in the two matches prior.
Plymouth Argyle knocked out Liverpool in the last round and with FA Cup tie against set to determine the quarter-finalists, the England international shared a post with fans as he focuses on the crucial fixture ahead.

Grealish was forced off with an injury after starting in City’s first-leg Champions League clash with Real Madrid last month. However, the injury wasn’t as serious as feared, and he was included in the matchday squad for the following games against Newcastle and Madrid, although he was on the bench for both.
This season, the 29-year-old has started just six Premier League games, and his contribution has been limited, with only two goals across all competitions and five assists in 1229 minutes of action.
His most notable appearances have come in the FA Cup, where he started in the wins against Salford and Leyton Orient, providing three assists in those matches.

Man City and Pep Guardiola could move on from Jack Grealish amid growing competition
Man City supporters have been critical of Grealish, as he has faced increasing competition for his spot, with the likes of Jeremy Doku and Savinho impressing more on the pitch.
Football Insider revealed that Man City were open to offers for Grealish during the January transfer window, but no move came to fruition, raising questions about his long-term future under Pep Guardiola.
Despite a relatively underwhelming stint at the club, Grealish remains focused on the chance to help City lift silverware in what has been a challenging season. With the FA Cup still in play, the forward will look to make a strong impact in the coming fixtures.
