Jack Harrison transfer from Leeds United could now collapse – sources
Everton will not sign Jack Harrison permanently from Leeds United if they are relegated, sources have told Football Insider.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed that the player’s future is currently up in the air.
The 27-year-old attacker is on a season-long loan at the Premier League club from the Elland Road outfit.
Injury delayed his Toffees debut, but he has since become a first-team regular, with 32 Everton appearances to his name so far.
But O’Rourke has told Football Insider that, despite performing well on Merseyside, Harrison will not be signed permanently if they drop to the Championship.

He explained that a deal would be more difficult should Sean Dyche’s side go down, with the Toffees in real danger of being relegated.
They currently sit 16th in the Premier League table, with his parent club Leeds chasing promotion to the top flight.
Sources told Football Insider earlier this month that the Whites could be forced to sanction another loan for the winger if promotion is not achieved.
Having led the way in the Championship not so long ago, a poor run of form means the Elland Road club may have to settle for a place in the play-offs.

They are currently third in the table, two points behind Ipswich Town in second and four behind league leaders Leicester City, with just three matches remaining.
