‘Jadon Sancho’s Chelsea future decided following major Jamie Gittens development’
Chelsea look to have made their mind up on Jadon Sancho’s future at Stamford Bridge, following a huge update about Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens.
Sancho scored three goals and picked up four assists in 31 league appearances, as he spent the season at the Blues, on loan from Manchester United.
Enzo Maresca’s side secured Champions League football with a 1-0 win over Nottingham Forest on the final day, ending the campaign in fourth.
Also, Chelsea beat Real Betis 4-1 in the Europa Conference League final, with Sancho grabbing a goal as the West London side completed a second-half comeback.

Chelsea want Gittens
According to The Telegraph (2 June) Football Reporter Mike McGrath, Chelsea are in talks with Dortmund about potentially bringing Gittens to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues want to wrap up the deal before both clubs begin their Club World Cup campaigns, and their full focus is on completing the move.
It is expected that the fee would be in and around the £50million mark, with Gittens having a release clause close to that value in his contract.

The latest indications were that Chelsea will not sign Sancho permanently, and instead will pay Man United a £5million fee to send the winger back to Old Trafford, as per the terms in his loan deal.
Now with Maresca’s side stepping up their pursuit for Gittens, the final nail seems to be in the coffin for Sancho’s career at Stamford Bridge.

Sancho’s future in doubt
Football Insider Verdict
Football Insider exclusively revealed earlier this year (19 March) that Man United will sell Sancho this summer, if Chelsea decide against signing the 25-year-old.
When the attacker made the switch from Dortmund to Old Trafford four years ago, he was one of the most exciting young talents in world football.
However, the winger has failed to string together a consistent run of high-class performances since his return to England in 2021, and now his stock is at an all-time low.
With a permanent move to Chelsea looking unlikely, Sancho’s future is completely up in the air, with potential options looking slim for the former England international.
If the Manchester City academy graduate found a club where he could regain his confidence, he still has the ability to fulfill his potential, but time is running out.
