Jamal Musiala to Man United: Whispers intensify after new message
Man United striker Joshua Zirkzee featured prominently in Jamal Musiala’s latest social media post, fueling links with the 20-time Premier League champions.
Zirkzee, 23, played alongside Musiala, 21, played together at Bayern Munich and were reunited as the Netherlands suffered a 1-0 UEFA Nations League defeat to Germany on Monday (October 14).
Musiala was there in a supportive capacity after he picked up a hip injury in Bayern’s shock 1-0 Champions League defeat to Aston Villa.
The playmaker is out of contract in June 2026 and is being monitored by many of Europe’s elite clubs, including Man United, as talks with Vincent Kompany’s side are ongoing.

Musiala has had a lightning-quick start to the season, scoring three Bundesliga goals in five appearances as Bayern sit at the top of the table.
As for Man United and Zirkzee, it’s been more of an amble, with the striker scoring just once in ten games across all competitions for his new club.
Musiala, Zirkzee, and Leroy Sane were all filmed conversing after the game, with the young Bayern star posting the video onto his Instagram.
With the international break all but over, Zirkzee will return to Man United’s Carrington training ground and prepare for their Premier League clash with Brentford on Saturday (October 19).
Erik ten Hag’s side are the joint-third lowest-scoring team in the Premier League with just five goals in their opening seven games.
