Jansson responds when asked about living in England, Leeds fans will be delighted
By Harvey Byrne
Leeds fans will be delighted to hear that Pontus Jansson is currently enjoying living in England and has described the country as an “easy” place to live.
The 26-year-old centre-back has been a star for the Yorkshire giants this season following on from his loan move from Italian side Torino in the summer.
Leeds have since negotiated a permanent deal for the Sweden international worth £3.5million, which is set to come into effect when his loan expires at the end of the current season.
There have however been recent concerns about his future at the club after he missed his side’s previous two league matches before starting in the midweek 2-0 defeat against Brentford.
But, fans will be glad to hear that he has settled in England well and Jansson has told how it’s comparable to his home country.

“I haven’t tried it yet,” started Jansson to April’s edition of Four Four Two when asked if he had eaten a Yorkshire pudding yet.
“I’m pleased to be here, though – England is almost the same as Sweden. It’s easy to live here.”

He will be aiming to help the club finish strongly this season and after signing a three-year deal at the club supporters will be hoping to see much more of him in the future.
