Midfielder Josh Windass has hailed the Rangers support after the Ibrox giants battle to a 1-1 draw against Celtic on Sunday.
The two Glasgow giants played out a fierce encounter at Celtic Park with goals from Stuart Armstrong and Clint Hill cancelling each other out.
It marked a fantastic result for the Gers, who have struggled on the pitch as of late and the support took the opportunity to relish in their glory.
One player who noticed was Windass, 23, who paid tribute to the fan base on his personal Twitter account after the stalemate.
What a time to score . Great to be back involved . Good point in the end . Fans at the end were ???????????????? #WATP

The occasion also marked Windass’ first league appearance since the 4-1 defeat against Hearts at the beginning of January.

The young summer signing came on, on the 59th minute for Barrie McKay, playing out the last half an hour, which saw Hill’s dramatic late equaliser come.
The former Accrington star will now be hoping for further opportunities around the famous club’s first team and the appointment of Pedro Caixinha could be key for Windass to see more league action.
The draw has seen Rangers remain in third place, but with eight points between them and second placed Aberdeen they now need to earn more victories soon with Hamilton coming up next.
In other Rangers news, Peter Lovenkrands has given his verdict on the draw.
