Journalist shares Marco Silva update amid Fulham sack whispers
Marco Silva’s future at Fulham remains uncertain as the Portuguese boss looks to be running down the final year of his contract.
Silva has yet to sign a new Fulham deal, with fears he could walk away at the end of the season after over three years at Craven Cottage.
Fulham could be forced to sack Silva if the standoff between both parties continues much longer, with the West London club currently just a point above the Premier League relegation zone.
The Cottagers suffered a 2-0 defeat at Everton last time out, with Silva’s side on a run of just one league win from their past six matches.

Marco Silva to be offered new contract
Fulham do want Silva to stay at the club, and as per Tom Barclay on X, [17 November], the journalist posted: “Understand Fulham are ready to offer Marco Silva a new three-year contract.“
That would keep Silva at Fulham until 2028, though following a lack of signings in the summer transfer window, the 48-year-old may need convincing of the club’s ambitions.

The Cottagers’ only major signing of the summer was winger Kevin, and their lack of activity looks to be hindering them on the pitch.
Fulham need to address one issue for Silva
One of the major issues Fulham need to address is up-front after striker Rodrigo Muniz suffered a hamstring injury.
Silva only has 34-year-old Raul Jimenez as a natural alternative in the position, after the club allowed 19-year-old Callum Osmand to join Celtic in the summer.
Fulham have only scored 12 goals in 11 Premier League games, with a new striker therefore of high priority.
