Jurgen Klopp ‘fed up’ with FSG after ‘desperate’ Liverpool transfer update – pundit
Jurgen Klopp is “fed up” with the Liverpool owners after a quiet January transfer window.
That’s according to former Hibernian striker Tam McManus, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the Reds’ January plans.
As quoted by Sky Sports (13 January), when asked if Liverpool would be making any more signings this window, Klopp said “I don’t think so, it’s just the situation is like it is”.

The Reds have only signed Cody Gakpo this month with the club still struggling to pick up results in the Premier League.
McManus insists the ownership have let Klopp down this month.
“I thought they would have been in the transfer market but they don’t seem to be doing anything at all,” McManus told Football Insider‘s Ben Wild.
“They have settled for a mediocre season. I don’t know if that is the owners not backing the manager or whatever but they are desperate for a central midfield player.
“I don’t think they are going to get anywhere near the top four this season and they aren’t going to win the Champions League with that team.
“If you are a Liverpool fan then you are pretty disappointed with the season so far. You are looking for new blood, new investment.
“There has been talk about new owners but the manager must be fed up as well.
“He looks like a guy who has gone a bit stale at the club.”

Gakpo has failed to score for Liverpool in his three outings for the club.
