Keith Wyness suggests what Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye will be worth next year – ‘he’s a real talent’
Everton could sell Iliman Ndiaye for up to £80million next summer after recently rejecting a bid from a giant of European football.
The 25-year-old has had an impressive start to the season, scoring in each of the Merseyside club’s last two Premier League games.
Along with Manchester City loanee Jack Grealish and new signing Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, the winger is part of a new-look Everton attack that seems to be thriving under David Moyes.
In the closing stages of the summer transfer window, the Toffees received a £40m enquiry for Ndiaye from Inter Milan, which they immediately rejected.
Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – believes that they could bring in double that for the Senegal international at the end of this season.

Ndaiye is thriving at Everton – and it’s down to two players in particular
Speaking on the new edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, Wyness insisted that Ndiaye is really enjoying his football at Everton currently, and wouldn’t want to move away from the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The former Sheffield United man joined the Toffees from Marseille just over 12 months ago, and after a solid first season at the club, seems to have hit another level in 2025-26.
Wyness added that if things continue in the same vein, then Ndiaye could be worth around £80m by the end of the campaign.
He told Football Insider‘s Inside Track podcast: “There are a couple of things that would mean I don’t think he’d really want to move at the moment.
“I can see that he’s really enjoying his football. With Dewsbury-Hall and Jack Grealish, it’s giving Ndiaye space. Jack’s attracting two people, and so he’s attracting defenders away from Ndiaye, who is probably just as dangerous.
“It seems as if they’re really enjoying themselves. They’re starting to strike up a great relationship. So, from the football side, he’s very happy with where he is.
“Last year, he was probably the one carrying a lot of the creative load. Now he’s got another couple of players there that can also be just as creative, and they’re a real threat, so I think he’s enjoying that.
“At £40m, I think we’ll see by the end of this season, you’d be looking at £80m, double his current value if he were to go. He is a real talent and I think he’ll really start to show up this season. I think his value will double for all the right reasons, football reasons.
“He was right to stay and I think he’s really enjoying himself. Just as long as everybody stays injury-free, we’re looking forward to an exciting time at Everton.”
Everton defender set to leave on a free transfer
Meanwhile, Adam Aznou’s arrival at Everton reportedly may have “opened the door” for Vitalii Mykolenko to leave the club on a free transfer next summer.

That is according to former Man United and Blackburn chief scout Mick Brown, who claims that Moyes has a “tough decision” to make about the 26-year-old’s future.
Mykolenko has less than 12 months remaining on his contract at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, with no renewal talks being planned as things stand.
A decision on his future is expected to be made over the course of the season, but with Aznou arriving from Bayern Munich, the pressure is now on the left-back to perform.
