Kenny ‘expects’ Rangers ace Patterson to accept irresistible Everton offer
Paddy Kenny “expects” Nathan Patterson to leave Rangers in January if Everton make an offer.
The former Leeds United stopper, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, claims a Premier League move will be too much for the defender to turn down.
On Tuesday (21 December) The Guardian reported Everton will make a third attempt to sign Patterson, 20, in January.

The right-back has only made 11 appearances this season as he sits firmly behind club captain James Tavernier in the pecking order at Ibrox.
Patterson broke into the first-team picture last season but has failed to hold down a starting spot.
After failing to make a mark this season, Kenny claims a move to Goodison Park will appeal to Patterson.
“He’s not playing, so why would he stay?” Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“No disrespect to Rangers but you can’t blame a player for wanting to move to the Premier League.
“It’s the best league in the world. Patterson will have been watching it every week since he was a kid.
“So his options are to stay at Rangers or move to Everton. I expect he would leave should an offer come in.
“Either way, he won’t be playing much football this season, I can’t imagine he will start playing for Everton week in week out straight away.
“In any case, it’s a big risk for him. But if you have the chance to earn a bit more money and move to the Premier League, you don’t turn that down.”

Everton have heavily replied on Seamus Coleman this season.
The 33-year-old has made 13 league appearances during the 2021-22 campaign.
In other news, Kieran Maguire has revealed Everton could be in ‘breach of contract’ amid a £300m reveal.
