Kepa Arrizabalaga sends Bournemouth message amid Chelsea return speculation

Kepa Arrizabalaga has sent Bournemouth fans a message following their emphatic Premier League victory and talks about him potentially returning to Chelsea.

The Spain international picked up his fifth clean sheet of the season as the Cherries hammered Nottingham Forest 5-0 on Saturday (25 January).

A hattrick from Dango Ouattara and goals by Justin Kluivert and Antoine Semenyo extended Bournemouth’s unbeaten run to 11 Premier League games, having won seven and drawn four.

The result was Bournemouth’s biggest in the Premier League since defeating Brighton by the same scoreline in April 2019, and Kepa played his part in that.

The 30-year-old made four saves throughout the game as well as three punches and one high claim as he kept Forest quiet.

Bournemouth’s three points helped the team move into seventh place as they sit just a point behind the top four.

Kepa’s recent impressive performances coupled with the mistakes Robert Sanchez has been making have led to Chelsea fans urging the club to bring an end to his season long-long at Bournemouth.

A mistake from Sanchez led to Erling Haaland scoring as Man City defeated them 3-1, marking the fifth error the goalkeeper has made which has led to a goal.

However, it doesn’t seem like Kepa has any desire to leave the Cherries right now as he shared a new message on Instagram about their recent win.
