By Dominic Toner
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that Ragnar Klavan has returned to full training on Friday after his injury, while Adam Lallana and Dejan Lovren could miss the session.
The German boss explained that centre-back Klavan is back in training after missing the 2-0 defaet against Hull through illness.
Meanwhile, Klopp was not sure if Lovren would participate in training as he looks to recover from a knee injury.
He also revealed that central midfielder Adam Lallana has missed the last two days with an Achilles injury, but hopes he will be able to train on Friday, as cited by Liverpool Echo correspondent James Pearce on his personal Twitter account.
Klopp will be desperate to have his strongest available squad at his disposal on Saturday evening as Liverpool host top four rivals Tottenham in the Premier League.
The Merseyside club are without a win in their last five league matches and have also been dumped out of both the FA and EFL Cup recently.
They are now solely focused on the league and could do with a victory against Spurs to boost their top four chances.
Senior players Lovren and Klavan will both be hoping to force their way into the starting XI against Spurs if they are passed fully fit, with Joel Matip and Lucas under pressure after the Hull defeat.
Meanwhile, Klopp could turn to a midfield trio of Emre Can, Georginio Wijnaldum and Jordan Henderson if he was unable to use Lallana on Saturday.
