Liverpool and Chelsea played out an entertaining 1-1 draw at Anfield on Saturday night.
The draw was arguably a fair result, although Liverpool will be disappointed not to hold onto for the win after taking the lead in the second-half.
The frustrating result comes on the back of Liverpool’s midweek capitulation against Sevilla, where they threw away a three goal lead to draw 3-3.
Mohamed Salah kept up his great form this season with this 15th goal of the season, but Liverpool seemed to fall out of the game after that.
Antonio Conte made some positive changes and it wasn’t a surprise to see William grab a late equaliser, although there was an element of fortune about the goal.
Liverpool fans will be hoping that the side can put right tonight’s performance when they return to Premier League action with a trip to Stoke City on Wednesday night.
