Konstantinos Tsimikas could give Liverpool 'real problem' after injury development - pundit
Kevin Campbell has claimed Kostantinos Tsimikas has “a huge chance” at Liverpool over the next few weeks.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Premier League striker suggested the 26-year-old could overtake Andy Robertson to become first-choice left-back at Anfield.
Robertson is currently sidelined with a knee injury and will not be available until after the international break.
Tsimikas deputised for the Scotland international as the Reds beat Ajax 2-1 in the Champions League on Tuesday (13 September).
He grabbed the decisive assist in what was an impressive display at Anfield.
Campbell claimed Tsimikas can give manager Jurgen Klopp “a real problem” if he continues to perform so well.

“It is a huge chance for him,” he told Football Insider.
“Even if Robertson is on the bench, there is a good chance he will come on because he can change a game. He can really make a difference from full-back.
“Robertson is out though. Tsimikas will probably start in the next few games and that will allow him to get into his rhythm.
“He’s never really had a run of games at Liverpool. You will not get these chances very often. Robertson has been that consistent over the years.
“Now is Tsimikas’ opportunity to come in and play well. If he continues to play like he did against Ajax and Liverpool get a few more wins under their belt the manager could have a real problem when Robertson returns.
“If Tsimikas doesn’t do well and the team struggles Robertson will come straight back in when he is fit. It is a huge chance for Tsimikas.”
