‘Kulusevski to never play for Tottenham again amid major training ground update’
Dejan Kulusevski may have already featured for Tottenham for the final time following the latest major update from North London.
It has been an extremely difficult campaign for all involved at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Ange Postecoglou under immense pressure to deliver silverware in his second season.
The Lilywhites’ entire season comes down to their Europa League final against Man United now, with the team currently sitting 17th in the Premier League table, one spot above the relegation zone.
Postecoglou’s side continued their poor run of form in domestic competitions, losing 2-0 to Crystal Palace on Sunday, 11 May, thanks to an Eberechi Eze brace, but that was not the biggest blow.
With just nine days until the European final in Bilbao, Kulusevski was forced off the pitch after just 19 minutes, having already missed seven matches earlier in the season with an ankle injury.

Dejan Kulusevski injury fears emerge in North London
The players are back in training just a day after losing to the Eagles, but taking to X on Monday (12 May), Football London’s Alasdair Gold confirmed that the Sweden international was not involved, though that was expected.
This update, however, has only increased fears that the 25-year-old will not be available for the final three matches of the season, joining a gutted James Maddison on the Tottenham treatment table.
Boasting 10 goals and 11 assists across all competitions, Kulusevski is one of the most important playmakers in the team, and with one attacking midfielder already absent, this blow could be the final straw.
It could also mean an early end to his time in North London, having only joined permanently from Juventus in the summer of 2023.
Tottenham star ready to leave after a frustrating campaign
Mick Brown told Football Insider that Kulusevski is interested in leaving Tottenham for AC Milan this summer, with the player open to a return to Serie A after just two years.
That would be an incredible blow for Postecoglou, or whichever manager possibly replaces him ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, given how talented the 25-year-old is.

In previous seasons the Swede would have had a genuine claim to being the best attacking talent in the Spurs squad, especially since the departure of Harry Kane. But his fortunes have fallen away this term, along with fellow star and captain Son Heung-min.
The playmaker has often come off the bench this season, especially in the Europa League, and with limited minutes impacting his talents on the pitch, an exit seems inevitable this summer.
With the star now missing from Monday’s training, Kulusevski may now have played his last ever game for the Lilywhites before making a move back to Italy once the summer transfer window opens.
