Largie Ramazani sends cryptic injury message to Leeds fans

Leeds United winger Largie Ramazani has taken to social media to share an update with fans after his latest injury.

The 23-year-old sustained an ankle injury just 14 minutes into their 2-1 Championship win over Watford (October 22), shortly after scoring the opener.

Ramazani, who joined the West Yorkshire club for £10million in the summer transfer window, was projected to be out for six weeks.

Daniel Farke’s side are also without crucial midfield pair Ethan Ampadu and Ilia Gruev as they aim for promotion back to the Premier League.

A 2-0 win over QPR on Saturday (November 9) keeps United within touching distance of the automatic promotion spots with Sheffield United and Sunderland ahead of them by two points.

With a hectic festive period ahead and Manor Solomon failing to build upon an impressive debut, Ramazani’s return could prove to be huge.

The Belgian hinted at an earlier-than-expected return by posting a photo of himself in football boots on Instagram.

With the international break in full swing, those who haven’t been called up to their respective national teams with get a much-needed break.

Once it’s over, however, the full focus will be back on the Championship as Leeds prepare for a trip to Swansea.
