Leandro Trossard posts Arsenal transfer hint in new message after terms agreed

Leandro Trossard has sparked speculation about his Arsenal future after sharing a cryptic message with supporters.

The Belgian international has played a key role for Mikel Arteta’s side, often used as an impact player from the bench, contributing 20 goals and assists across all competitions last season.

Despite his importance, Trossard is now entering the final year of his current contract at the Emirates.

Back in May, Football Insider revealed that Arsenal were in advanced talks to tie Trossard down to a new long-term deal.

However, those negotiations have since stalled, with no agreement reached between the two parties, casting doubt over his future in North London.

Now, Trossard has shared a message on social media which many fans believe could be a hint about his next steps as uncertainty around his long-term future at Arsenal looks set to continue.

Leandro Trossard changes agent amid Arsenal contract uncertainty

Trossard has fuelled speculation over his Arsenal future after confirming a change of agency on Instagram.

The Belgian forward shared a post on his Instagram story from DH Sports & Entertainment, who announced that Trossard is now represented by their group.

Their message read: “We are proud to announce our newest signing! Welcome to the Hebel family, Leandro”, which is a post that Trossard himself liked, sparking further questions about his next move.

Uncertainty around his future has been brewing for some time, with Football Insider revealing last summer that Saudi giants Al-Ittihad submitted a bid for Trossard.

Whether that interest will be reignited amid his contract situation remains to be seen. However, Arsenal supporters have called for the club to move Trossard on as part of their summer overhaul.

With just one year left on his current deal and no agreement reached despite months of talks, a decision on his future is expected in the coming weeks.

With both Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli’s future’s hanging in the balance, the club are exploring options to bolster their wide attacking positions this summer.

Arsenal have shown an interest in Madueke, with Chelsea reportedly demanding up to £50milion for the Englishman.

A deal for him could prove complicated, as Football Insider revealed that Newcastle are also monitoring the Madueke’s situation at Stamford Bridge.

The 23-year-old endured a frustrating end to last season, failing to register a goal or assist in his final 11 appearances, leading to continued speculation over his long-term Chelsea future.
