New formation and senior duo axed: This Leeds XI will force Reading into sacking Jaap Stam
Leeds United manager Paul Heckingbottom must change up his formation when his side face Reading at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday.
The Whites must change to a 4-3-2-1 formation that makes the midfield a lot more solid and finally play Vurnon Anita in his preferred central defensive midfield position after being misused at left-back.
Heckingbottom must also axe the senior duo of Hadi Sacko and Stuart Dallas with Pablo Hernandez returning to injury and to accommodate for the switch in system.
Bailey Peacock-Farrell must start in goal after a decent performance against Wolves on Wednesday night despite losing 3-0 at Elland Road.
Gaetano Berardi, Matthew Pennington, Pontus Jansson and Laurens De Bock should start in defence.

Pennington has to start with Liam Cooper injured and De Bock needs to come in to replace Anita, who must start in the defensive midfield position to protect the back-line.
Adam Forshaw and Kalvin Phillips should keep their spots in the central spots.
Hernandez should start on the ring with and playmaker Samuel Saiz should start on the left even though he prefers a more central position.
Thomas Christiansen had some luck by playing Saiz on the wing earlier in the season so it is worth trying again at Reading.
Pierre-Michel Lasogga has to start up front to complete a Leeds line-up that is capable of destroying Reading this weekend to the point where they will be forced into sacking Jaap Stam.
Stam is under a lot of pressure to improve results at the Madejski with the Daily Mail reporting last month that the Royals board were getting ready to sack the Dutchman.
