Leeds could make one change to their starting line-up when they take on Sheffield Wednesday at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon.
The Whites recorded a draw during their last fixture when Championship strugglers Ipswich held the promotion chasers at Portman Road.
Now, midfielder Ronaldo Vieira could be axed for the Yorkshire derby at the weekend with his captain, Liam Bridcutt coming into the team.
The Whites senior man could partner the more experienced Eunan O’Kane in the middle of the park as the duo aim to protect an unchanged back four.
The centre-back pairing of Pontus Jansson and Kyle Bartley have been in tremendous form this term and they will be hoping to continue that run against Wednesday.
In attack, playmaker Pablo Hernandez might continue his role in behind striker Chris Wood as the duo have the task of continuing their side’s promotion challenge.
New Zealand international Wood has scored 19 Championship goals this season as the senior player could hit the 20-goal barrier on Saturday.
Wide men Stuart Dallas and Hadi Sacko could be the players assigned in providing the service out wide for the in-form forward.
Versatile midfielder Dallas netted during his last game and if he starts he will be hoping to add to his goal tally.
Sheffield Wednesday are level on points with Garry Monk’s team in the table as a defeat could see seventh-placed Fulham close the six-point gap on their rivals.
