'Must be Wolves fault', 'Utterly pointless' - Leeds fans go berserk over midfielder agreement
Leeds United fans have gone berserk on Twitter after seeing that Yosuke Ideguchi was left out of Cultural Leonesa’s squad yet again on Sunday.
Ideguchi, 21, was signed by Leeds from Gamba Osaka in the January transfer window for £500,000 and although he was able to obtain a work permit to play in the UK, he was sent out on loan to Spanish Segunda Division side Cultural Leonesa.
However the Japan international, who was very highly-rated in the J-League, has had a torrid time in Spain’s second tier with just five appearances and playing no more than 45 minutes in one single game.
On Sunday, the midfielder was left out of the squad yet again as Cultural were hammered 4-0 by Sporting Gijon, prompting Leeds fans into a fit of rage on social media.
One angry Whites supporter joked that it “must be Wolves’ fault” in reference to Andrea Radrizzani’s outburst at the Molineux club last week.
Here is a selection of their tweets:

That loan never made any sense. He should be here. Learning the lingo, the climate, the culture of English football. Can we swap him for O'Kane.

I just don’t get it. Our midfield is garbage and we have two internationals out on loan

What an utterly pointless arrangement this is for all parties involved. @andrearadri Can you shed some light on the relationship we have with this club and how it benefits a) leeds United and b) any of our players. I'll take any failure to responds as "no you can't" thanks

All i know is,it lacks intent/actual ambition

Total waste of time. Surely he would have been far better off in Leeds settling in, getting to know the area and playing for 23's

Another bright idea by Orta and Leeds United

Something not quite right about this ‘arrangement’

Leeds’ link to the Aspire Academy and Cultural Leonesa has really got fans talking since Radrizzani took charge with the Whites seeming to gain very little from it.
Time will tell if the youth policy works out but loaning out players like Ouasim Bouy and Ideguchi to Cultural for them to barely play is puzzling to say the least.
In other Leeds United news, Radrizzani has held a meeting with super-agent Jorge Mendes.
