Leeds will have an eight-point cushion over Fulham if they defeat Brighton as they look to make the most of their game in hand.
However, upcoming opponents are second in the Championship and are in a great position to secure automatic promotion this season.
Garry Monk’s side suffered a 2-0 defeat in the previous meeting with Brighton, but will be hoping they can continue their form at Elland Road to pick up a vital three points.
There have been three changes to the side for Leeds as Liam Cooper, Hadi Sacko and Charlie Taylor have come into the starting XI.
That means Pontus Jansson, Kemar Roofe and the suspended Luke Ayling drop out against Brighton.
