Leeds fans react on Twitter after forward agrees terms
By Harvey Byrne
Leeds confirmed the signing of Modou Barrow on loan from Swansea until the end of the season on Tuesday evening, and fans of the Yorkshire giants on Twitter are delighted.
The 24-year-old has featured in 20 matches in all competitions for the Premier League side this season.
However, the forward has not played in the league since the 3-0 New Years Eve defeat against Bournemouth.
Barrow is predominantly a right-winger, which is currently occupied by fellow loanee Hadi Sacko in the successful Leeds team.
Fans on social media have expressed their delight at the extra strength in the club’s attack, while also welcoming some extra pace to their side.

pretty happy with #lufc‘s business on deadline day. Barrow and Pedraza could be good signings. Would’ve loved another centre-back though

Barrow has played in 55 encounters for Swansea during his three years at the club after joining from Swedish side Ostersunds in the summer of 2014.
He has returned with just two goals and seven assists with the club, while he has also played eight times in the Championship previously for both Blackburn and Nottingham Forest.
Leeds fans will be hoping for a much stronger return from the pace master as they seek to end a 13-year wait for Premier League football this campaign.
The Yorkshire giants are currently placed in fourth in the second tier table with just five points keeping them clear of seventh placed Derby.
In other Leeds transfer news, this attacker also completed a move to Elland Road on deadline-day.
