Leeds fans thrilled by ‘massive’ Dan James update
Leeds United fans are excited as Dan James has been back in first-team training following his injury.
The 26-year-old has been out of action with a hamstring injury since August, having missed six Championship fixtures.
Speaking at his media conference on Wednesday (16th October), as quoted by the official Leeds site Daniel Farke said “Good news with Daniel James and Manor Solomon, since late last week back in team training, a major part.
“Obviously, Dan James was out a bit longer, six weeks, perhaps easier for Manor as he was out three weeks. Desperately need them back as solutions.”
The winger is expected to be available for the Yorkshire giants on Friday (18 October) when they face Sheffield United as club football returns.
It will be a welcome addition to the team after what has been an injury-plagued start to the season for Farke’s squad.
Leeds United fans are excited about Dan James’ impending return
However, the Championship side will be boosted by James’ return this week without having to dip into the free-agent market.
Leeds fans believe having him back in the squad will be “big,” while others have simply been surprised to hear some positive injury news.
