Leeds fans urge club to start 22-year-old star v Brighton
By Will Butcher
Leeds fans are desperate on Twitter to see Garry Monk hand Hadi Sacko a start against Brighton ahead of Saturday’s clash.
Sacko, 22, came off the bench to impress during the 0-0 draw against QPR last time out, with Kemar Roofe offering very little on the right flank.
Now, the on-loan Sporting Lisbon star could start against promotion rivals Brighton at Elland Road in Saturday’s tea-time Championship kick-off.
Known for his explosive pace and willingness to beat a man, Sacko would offer Leeds a quick counter-attack with the Seagulls known for their quality in retaining possession.
Leeds fans have called on former Swansea boss Monk to start the French attacker, who is yet to show any consistency during his season-long loan spell at Elland Road.

Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:
I'd always start with Sacko, defenders scared stiff of him, opens up space for others which brought more chances

@WYSdaily Pedraza, Hernandez and Sacko. Sacko might not have end product, but caused some problems for QPR on Saturday. Worth a punt.

Making 32 Championship appearances for the Yorkshire giants this season, the Whites’ number 24 has scored against Birmingham and Preston as well as supplying four assists.
Sacko could start on the flank as Leeds look to take advantage of Brighton’s defensive crisis, which sees them without senior duo Bruno and Shane Duffy on Saturday.
In other Leeds news, this is the expected side to face Brighton as Monk could make two changes.
