Bailey Peacock-Farrell will be recalled to the Leeds United starting line-up for Saturday’s Championship showdown against Millwall, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.

The regional newspaper claim the Northern Ireland international will return to Marcelo Bielsa’s XI for the clash at Elland Road as Kiko Casilla serves a one-match suspension.

The YEP report Peacock-Farrell will start against the Londoners but he is not expected to displace the Spaniard from the side when he is next available for selection.

Football Insider verdict:

Peacock-Farrell has not had a single minute of action for Leeds since the 2-1 defeat to Stoke City on 19 January and has had to sit from the sidelines while Casilla took the number one jersey almost immediately after his arrival from Real Madrid. The Spaniard has not subsequently looked in danger of losing the goalkeeper jersey, and Peacock-Farrell is the beneficiary of the late chaos of the defeat to Sheffield United before the international break. Casilla has delivered a series of commanding over the last 10 league games, six of which yielded victories, and has given the Leeds defenders in front of him the reassurance they were lacking when the more erratic Peacock-Farrell was in goal. The academy product, 22, is a strapping presence, standing at 6ft 4in (source: Soccerbase), but there are frailties in his game which Millwall will look to exploit by peppering the United penalty box at the weekend.

In other Leeds United news, it can be REVEALED by Football Insider that the club are to hold talks with three brilliant players ahead of the summer transfer window.
