Leeds ‘given green light for Manor Solomon transfer’ amid Eberechi Eze developments
Leeds United have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of Manor Solomon thanks to Eberechi Eze.
Football Insider exclusively revealed that Solomon is “certain” to leave Spurs in this window, and the forward has been linked with a move to Leeds all summer.
Solomon spent last season on loan at Leeds as they won the Championship title and earned promotion back to the Premier League for the first time in two years.
Leeds beat Everton 1-0 in their first Premier League match of the season with summer arrival Gabriel Gudmundsson impressing, and Daniel Farke could soon have Solomon return to Elland Road.

Manor Solomon set for Leeds return
Solomon was not involved in Spurs’ opening match of the season against Burnley, and now Thomas Frank could have more attacking options at his disposal.
Spurs are believed to have reached an agreement with Palace for Eze, and the 27-year-old is expected to go straight into Frank’s starting line-up amid injuries to James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski.
Eze signing for Spurs could sanction a move for Solomon to join Leeds with greater competition now between him and first team minutes in North London.
Daniel Farke handed boost after perfect start

Football Insider Verdict
Solomon was a key player for Leeds in their Championship title win, and the 26-year-old would be a welcome return for Farke.
The forward’s form was scintillating in the second tier, and Solomon will be keen to prove that he can replicate his goal scorer capabilities in the Premier League.
If he can then Leeds will have boosted their survival chances significantly with the squad short of natural Premier League goal scorers.

Leeds were dominant against Everton, but the Whites had to rely on a controversial penalty to break through the Toffees defence.
Despite their fine defensive display, Farke may still have concerns over their attack, which Solomon could help bolster.
The arrival of Dominic Calvert-Lewin up-front will also help and if Solomon returns then the pair could be gamechangers for Leeds.
Ambitions of staying up do rest partly on Calvert-Lewin’s fitness and whether he can return to form following an injury hit couple of seasons.
Fears of a Calvert-Lewin injury crisis though could be eased by Solomon.
