Leeds sensation Kun Temenuzhkov delivers exciting squad call-up news

Leeds United youngster Kun Temenuzhkov has confirmed that he has been called up to Bulgaria’s Under-19s squad for their upcoming fixtures.
Temenuzhkov, 17, was signed up by Leeds in the summer when Victor Orta organised a mass overhaul of the Under-23s side.
The Bulgaria youth international was poached after he was allowed to leave Barcelona’s youth set-up and the striker sensation is widely regarded as one of the most exciting young talents at Elland Road.
The Guardian dubbed Temenuzhkov as being one of the best youngsters in world football last year when he was compared to Barcelona and Uruguay star Luis Suarez.
Now, the teenager has excitingly revealed that he has been called up to the Bulgaria Under-19 squad ahead of next month after previously representing his nation at Under-16, 17 and 18s levels.
“Very happy to return this February 12 with the national team of Bulgaria U-19. Continue working and meet objectives,” he said on his personal Twitter account on Wednesday evening.

Temenuzhkov, despite all his potential, is yet to be considered for a call up into Thomas Christiansen’s senior side, even though they are struggling to get the best out of the strikers in the Championship.
Pierre-Michel Lasogga and Jay-Roy Grot have both faced criticism since moving to Elland Road in the summer and some fans have hinted that Temenuzhkov should be given a shot to impress.
Kemar Roofe has emerged as the main forward to start for Leeds but Lasogga’s brace against Millwall last weekend could mean the German is in line for a run in the starting line-up.
