Leeds told to complete free agent signing after crushing new blow – fans react

Leeds United fans have encouraged the club to consider signing a free agent after being dealt another injury blow during their 1-1 draw against Norwich.

Ilia Gruev had to be replaced in the 20th minute of the game and during his post-match interview Daniel Farke confirmed he suffered a knee injury.

This has been the latest blow in a series of injury problems for the West Yorkshire giants as club captain Ethan Ampadu was ruled out for 10 weeks.

The two midfielders join Dan James, Isaac Schmidt, Manor Solomon, and Max Wober who are all currently on the treatment table.

With Farke’s squad being stretched, fans are pushing for the club to consider signing some free agents to bolster his options.

Leeds are currently fourth in the Championship and have an important fixture against league leaders Sunderland this Friday.
