Leeds United fans were wowed by “insane” footage of young star Archie Gray on his England under-21 debut on Friday (22 March).
Gray, 18, bagged just five minutes after coming on the pitch for the Young Lions with a well-taken strike inside the box to secure a 5-1 win over Azerbaijan in a Euro under-21 qualifier.
He has quickly risen through the ranks of the young England set-up having made his debut for the under-15s in 2021.
His meteoric rise at Leeds this season has put him in the spotlight, with England boss Gareth Southgate revealing that he is in his thoughts for a senior call-up in the future.

Gray’s excellence has even put him on the radar of huge Premier League sides, with Football Insider revealing (20 March) that Leeds are expected to offer him another new contract in the summer amid interest from top-six outfits.
The 2006-born star has been integral for Daniel Farke’s table-topping Whites this season having started 33 league games and notching one goal and two assists.
Now, he is making waves for his nation and supporters continue to be amazed by his outstanding impact.
