Leeds United fans are convinced Georginio Rutter is staying at the club next season after what appears to be a hint in a recent social media post.
The Frenchman posted a message to Leeds fans via Instagram, thanking them for their support through the season and rounding off with “See you soon”.
Rutter, 22, has been heavily linked with a move away from Elland Road this summer, with Football Insider revealing on 2 June that “top clubs” have set their sights on a move.
Supporters, however, took his hint as a nod to his future in the belief that he will remain a Leeds player into next season.

Despite missing out on promotion as Leeds lost 1-0 in the playoff final, Rutter was a standout star for Daniel Farke’s side as he recorded eight goals and 18 assists in 51 games.
Following his message on Instagram, supporters at Elland Road insisted it is “crucial” to keep Rutter at the club, stating “he’s going nowhere.”
Others were not so optimistic as they pointed to previous players who had said similar.
In other news, Leeds are doing all they can to keep Archie Gray at Elland Road.
