Leeds United fans expect Crysencio Summerville to leave the club this summer as the winger appears to have checked out at Elland Road.

Summerville, 22, was named the Championship player of the season, but links to Premier League sides have led to suggestions his head may have been turned.

Fans have expressed their frustration after the winger’s recent performances, insisting he looks disinterested and wants away.

Football Insider revealed on 24 April that Summerville is a target for Aston Villa, while he has also been linked with a move to Liverpool.

Sources also told Football Insider that Leeds would demand £30-£40million for his exit this summer.

Leeds supporters have noticed a marked difference in his performances as of late, with many hinting that his head has been turned by transfer interest.

One fan went as far as to label his attitude as “shocking”.

Further speculation came after an image emerged of Summerville standing separate from his teammates after the 0-0 draw v Norwich at Carrow Road.
