Leeds hit with 'massive worry' after Raphinha latest - pundit
Raphina’s injury will be a “massive worry” for Leeds United ahead of Saturday’s clash against West Ham, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker claimed Leeds are desperately short for wingers who can tear sides apart.
Marcelo Bielsa revealed in his pre-West Ham press conference today (September 23), via Phil Hay, that he is yet to make a decision on Raphinha’s availability.
The winger limped off in the 67th minute against Newcastle United last week after scoring Leeds’ only goal in the 1-1 draw.
He then missed the EFL Cup game with Fulham as James and Crysencio Summerville started out wide as the Whites progressed on penalties.
“Raphinha’s injury will be a massive worry, he’s huge for them,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.

“Let’s not be fooled for here, Daniel James is a decent player but he’s not going to improve that Leeds team.
“Leeds are just short in that position and won’t have the same cutting edge without Raphinha.”
Raphinha has scored eight times and provided nine assists in 35 Premier League games for Leeds since his £17million move from Rennes last summer.
The 24-year-old has already found the net twice in five top-flight appearances this season.
Leeds’ casualty list is growing ahead of the Saturday 3pm fixture at Elland Road as they look to secure their first league win of the campaign.
