Leeds United loanee Jack Harrison set for permanent move – sources

Leeds United loanee Jack Harrison is set to exit Elland Road permanently this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed that there is no way back for the winger if the Whites are promoted this season.

The 27-year-old is currently on a season-long loan at Everton, where he has played 31 times under Sean Dyche, registering four goals and three assists.

O’Rourke told Football Insider that Daniel Farke will want to keep the faith with his current wingers should the club make it back to the Premier League.

Sources told Football Insider on Tuesday (17 April) that Leeds could be forced to sanction another loan for the attacker if they do not clinch promotion this season.

The Elland Road club are currently third in the Championship table, one point behind Leicester City in second and two behind league leaders Ipswich Town.

The Foxes do, however, have a game in hand over Farke’s side, while Southampton are just three points behind the Whites in fourth, also with a game in hand.
