Leeds United must sack Daniel Farke immediately, the perfect replacement is waiting in the wings
Leeds United could pull the trigger on Daniel Farke and hire a Premier League-proven manager who has become available.
Farke has come under pressure at Elland Road after Leeds’ 3-1 defeat against Nottingham Forest saw them drop into 16th position.
Worryingly, the Whites have now lost four of their last five matches in the Premier League, with concern that their form won’t improve after the international break.
That has ultimately led to fan discontent and the prospect of Leeds sacking Farke if performances and results don’t turn around.
So, with pressure increasing on the German and the chance to act before things get worse, one man could be the perfect candidate.

Leeds United should go for Marco Silva
Farke isn’t the only Premier League manager whose job is on thin ice, as Ben Jacobs revealed that Fulham are weighing up the future of Marco Silva after their poor start to the season.

Tensions are mounting with Fulham only a point above the relegation zone.
And Silva, who is a free agent this summer, has proven reluctant to sign a new deal. This has been Fulham’s preference since the summer.🏡

The Cottagers are level on points with Leeds in the table, and that caused tensions to mount with a decision set to be made.
Football Insider revealed on October 26 that Fulham could only get Silva to agree a new contract if they back him in the January transfer window, something that didn’t happen during the summer.
The Portuguese tactician sees his current deal expire in 2026, with Fulham previously ‘doing everything’ to keep Silva in West London.
But with tensions running high and a slight chance of snapping up the 48-year-old, surely the 49ers must do everything in their power to convince him with a move to Elland Road.
Silva is a Premier League-proven manager
Silva is not happy at Fulham after the club failed to properly back him in the summer, as only two first-team additions were made, and one of those was club-record signing Kevin.
So, it is easy to see why the Cottagers have naturally regressed after finishing in 11th position last term and 13th in 2023/24.

Indeed, unlike Farke – who has suffered two relegations with Norwich City – Silva’s style of football and know-how has achieved success in the Premier League.
Fulham were known as a yo-yo club before appointing Silva in 2021, but the former Everton boss led them to a Championship title and has since established them as a top-flight club.
That is why Leeds must pounce at the chance to snap up the Fulham boss before it’s too late, as he will undoubtedly have interest from elsewhere.
Ultimately, sacking Farke and hiring Silva could be the difference between them staying up and going down.
