Leeds United news: Agbonlahor issues surprise Aston Villa prediction after what he spotted from Jesse Marsch
Gabby Agbonlahor has tipped Leeds United to earn a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa tonight (10 March).
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Aston Villa’s record Premier League goalscorer and arch Leeds critic claimed his former club had the talent to win at Elland Road but the hosts are “fighting for their lives” and will secure an unexpected share of the spoils.
Villa travel to west Yorkshire just over a month after the two sides played out a 3-3 draw at Villa Park (9 February).

It will be Jesse Marsch’s first home game in charge of the Whites and, as quoted by Leeds Live yesterday (9 March), he feels Aston Villa will be “dangerous” and full of confidence.
They come into the game on the back of a 4-0 hammering of Southampton at the weekend (5 March).
“There’s no point putting in a performance like that against Southampton if you can’t back it up,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider‘s Connor Whitley.
“It’s now about the Leeds game, can they continue it? Can they show that consistency?
“That’s what Gerrard will want. He will have loved the Brighton game, he will have loved the Southampton game but he’ll want more, he’ll want to go again. Can you go and put in the same performance against Leeds? After that, can you keep going?
“Gerrard will now want to build something over these next 10 or 11 games so that next season, after a good pre-season with a few players in and out, they can grow as a team.
“Leeds will be a tough game. They looked a lot better against Leicester, a lot more organised and a lot fewer players flying forward.

“If Firpo went forward, Dallas went back. That’s how you play football. You don’t just all fly forward.
“It’s going to be a lot tougher. Aston Villa have the quality to win the game but Leeds are fighting for their lives so it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s a draw, a 1-1 draw.”
