Leeds United set for £100m transfer spree amid Daniel Farke exit latest
Leeds United are set to have a war chest of £100million to spend in the transfer market if they survive in the Premier League.
According to the Daily Mail, cash is tight at Elland Road at the moment, but the Whites’ 49ers ownership are still pledging to ensure that £100m is made available to spend on new additions to the squad for next term.
That depends on their ability to avoid an immediate return to the Championship, as Daniel Farke’s side are now six points clear of the drop zone after an eye-catching upturn in recent months.
Leeds look set to earn themselves that significant financial boost, but it remains to be seen whether Farke will be around to spend it.

Daniel Farke still waiting for Leeds contract talks
Farke has been behind a huge turnaround in Leeds’ fortunes of late, as his decision to switch to a 3-5-2 formation in December has sparked life into his team.
The West Yorkshire outfit have now tasted defeat just twice in their last 15 games in all competitions, with one of those losses coming against table-topping Arsenal.
That run has since helped to create daylight between themselves and the bottom three, and the gap that they have built up could be crucial as the end of the season approaches on the horizon.
A summer spending spree appears to be beckoning for Leeds to try and consolidate their position in the top flight, but there is still a chance that Farke may not be around to make the changes he desires.

The Daily Mail understand that Farke is still awaiting the possibility of talks with the club hierarchy over a potential new deal, as he prepares to enter the final year of his current contract.

Leeds’ first move of summer signing spree is already clear
Football Insider revealed earlier in February that Leeds will bring in a new number one goalkeeper at the end of the season, after their struggles between the posts have continued this term.
Lucas Perri hasn’t shown the level of consistency required to nail down the starting spot, while Karl Darlow, who has recently replaced him in the XI, is not viewed as a long-term option.
Farke has already outlined the goalkeeping department as a key priority to be addressed ahead of next season, and feels that a successful purchase in that department holds the key to Leeds consolidating themselves in the Premier League.
The Whites will have no shortage of options available if they are able to net that £100m budget, but their first move will surely be to find a new gloveman.
