Leeds United told to beat West Ham to Emmanuel Dennis signing after source’s reveal – pundit
Leeds United should consider joining the race for Watford striker Emmanuel Dennis this summer, according to Kevin Campbell.
The former Arsenal and Everton star, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, insisted the Whites “cannot have another season” relying on Patrick Bamford’s availability.
Dennis was the standout player in a Watford side that returned to the Championship at the first time of asking this season.

A recruitment source told Football Insider (21 May) that West Ham held talks with the player’s representatives last week regarding a potential move to the London Stadium.
Watford are understood to be willing to cash in on their star striker after suffering relegation.
Dennis has four years remaining on his contract at Vicarage Road.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs if Leeds should look at the 10-goal striker to bolster their options up top, Campbell said: “Yes, I think he’s a player Leeds should be looking at.
“It all depends how much they have to work with though.
“West Ham have money. They had a big campaign in the Europa League and finished seventh in the Premier League. They are right up there now so they will have money to throw around.

“Do Leeds have the money? I’m not sure.
“It is key that they sign a striker though. They cannot have another season with just Bamford. They really struggled without him.”
In other news, a source has revealed that a 21-year-old has been granted permission to complete a transfer to Leeds United amid Raphinha exit update.
