Leicester City player ratings vs Preston: Jakub Stolarczyk 4/10, Patson Daka the hero
Leicester City’s survival hopes took a big boost on Good Friday as they drew 2-2 against Preston North End.
The Championship outfit managed to find a late goal at the King Power Stadium as Patson Daka netted a brace to rescue a draw.
Daka had originally put the hosts ahead, but goals from Andrew Moran and Ben Whiteman flipped the scoreline before half-time.
In the second half, the Foxes pushed heavily for an equaliser, and eventually got it thanks to Daka again.
Below, Football Insider has rated each player as Leicester remained in the relegation zone.
Patson Daka rescues Leicester City
It was a perfect start for Daka at the King Power Stadium when he opened the scoring for the hosts.
The striker’s finish took advantage of a dreadful pass from Moran before placing the ball into an empty net.

| Minutes | 88 |
| Goals | 2 |
| Shots | 4 |

From here, the attacker continued to be a threat, and he created numerous chances for his teammates throughout, but none were taken.
Daka then finally got his second as he fired a lethal effort into the back of the net to earn the Foxes a vital point.
The striker deserved the point as he simply should not have been on the losing side and was easily one of the best players on the pitch on Good Friday.
Jakub Stolarczyk embarrasses himself for Leicester City
While Jakub Stolarczyk has put in some good performances for the Foxes amid this relegation battle, on Good Friday, he was simply appalling.
The goalkeeper seemed incapable of saving anything and should have done far better for Preston’s two goals in the first half.

The 25-year-old also has to do more to organise his backline, with the defending in particular for the visitor’s second being horrendous.
When a club is fighting for their lives at the bottom of the table, it is vital to have a goalkeeper capable of pulling off great saves to keep them in games.
However, Stolarczyk failed to achieve this at the King Power Stadium.
