'Like you've never seen before' - Exclusive: 'Massive' Leeds commercial reveal from ex-White
Michael Brown has lauded Leeds United directors Angus Kinnear and Paul Bell after revealing the immense commercial demand at Elland Road.
The former Leeds midfielder, speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, insists that the “forecasts are fantastic” for the Championship leaders.
The Whites, who made it to the play-off semi-finals last season, currently sit top of the table in their hunt for promotion back to the Premier League.
The Whites finished 13th in owner Andrea Radrizzani’s first full season at the club but have been transformed thanks to Marcelo Bielsa’s arrival as manager.
The Italian has been supported by the likes of managing director Kinnear and executive director Bell during his time in charge.
With Leeds’ average attendance of 35,321 the highest in the Championship this season, Brown has revealed the commercial demand at Elland Road is just as high.

Brown told Football Insider: “It’s been some turnaround. I just think you look at where the club are, they started improving a couple of years ago and I think they’ve continued to.
“They’ve got a great setup there, with Victor Orta, Paul Bell’s very experienced in the Championship at running the club in a chief exec role so I give him massive credit. They’ve got a good base and it’s real good vibes at Leeds United.
“The thing they want and that we’re all saying is they’ve got to get this promotion. It’s gone on for that long that it’s hanging over them and I just think it will change the whole outlook.
“The forecasts are fantastic regarding the club, recruitment’s getting better with Angus (Kinnear), off-the-field you’ve got all the commercials full like you’ve never seen before, you can’t get near it at the moment.
“I know friends who want boxes and can’t get them, there’s a three-year waiting list, a three-year contract to even potentially get one and they’re only giving those to their main sponsors. The whole club and all that structure, they’ve got it right, and the fan base was always there, wasn’t it?”
