Liverpool ‘buzzing’ at ’embarrassing’ Solskjaer reveal pre-Man United showdown – pundit
Premier League clubs will be “buzzing” Man United have full faith in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker claimed it was “embarrassing” Solskjaer was still in a job at Man United.
His side extended their winless run to five games across all competitions with a 4-2 defeat to Leicester City at the weekend.
The Athletic’s David Ornstein reported after the game Solskajer’s position was “100 per cent secure” despite their poor form.
“I’m quite happy because it helps other teams finish above Man United,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“If I’m other Premier League teams I’m like ‘Yes, Ole in’ because you know that’s a negative for Manchester United.
“If the owners don’t want to win the Champions League, don’t want to win the Premier League they will keep Ole there, so let them keep him in there.
“For me, it’s incredible, embarrassing that he’s even still at the club. He’s a million miles away from creating a team there that’s going to challenge.
“You watch them against Leicester, it was like a team of players that have no respect for the manager, have no tactical knowledge from the manager. It was just a team of individuals, playing their own game, with no team spirit.

“Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is on borrowed time. Any proper owner would have got rid of him a long time ago. Roman Abramovich would have got rid of him, a long, long time ago.
“It’s their choice but for other clubs I’m sure are buzzing that he’s going to be there.”
