Liverpool forward Darwin Nunez has responded to an emotional message posted by former Manchester United and Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
Now aged 40, Ronaldo is still a prolific goal scorer in the Saudi Pro League, where he has notched 23 goals in 28 appearances this term.
Largely thanks to the Portuguese striker, Al Nassr sit third in the Saudi Pro League, five points adrift of second-place Al Hilal.

Nunez responds as Ronaldo’s son makes international debut
Ronaldo’s son, Cristiano Ronaldo Junior, made his Portugal Under-15s debut on Tuesday, 13 May.
The former Real Madrid megastar wrote on Instagram: “Congratulations on your Portugal debut, son. Very proud of you!”
