Liverpool fans rage at latest footage of Mohamed Salah’s reaction to being subbed
Liverpool fans have backed manager Jurgen Klopp’s decision to substitute Mohamed Salah during the 3-1 win over Sheffield Unite – despite the forward’s furious reaction to the change.
Salah made way for Harvey Elliot after just 60 minutes immediately after Sheffield United equalised through a Conor Bradley goal.
As seen on TNT Sport, the Liverpool talisman was visibly unhappy as he made his way to the bench and brushed past teammates and Klopp while shaking his head.
He has reacted angrily to being subbed in the past – namely during the opening-day draw against Chelsea earlier this season.
However, Klopp’s decision proved to be the correct one with the Reds jumping into another gear after the change and running out eventual 3-1 winners to return to the top of the Premier League.

While some were unhappy with the sub, other Liverpool fans took to social media before and after the sub to claim the German took the right course of action – with some branding Salah’s performance “awful”.
